Issues of health and occupational safety are regulated by the Code of Conduct and our Corporate Guidelines at Symrise. These apply around the globe. We had another “health week” in 2015, when employees were offered information on issues such as nutrition and healthy eating, healthy sleep patterns for shift workers and preventative health measures in the workplace. With these promotional days, we support our aging workforce in caring for their health throughout their remaining career. With a “Risk Analysis on Psychological Stresses,” we want to specifically analyze which health risks exist at our various workplaces. The goal is to design our work spaces in such a way that employees can reach retirement age without suffering from any negative, work-related health impacts.
