To keep our employees informed about existing guidelines for preventing corruption and to ensure they adhere to them, we provide training sessions on site as well as a growing number of online training sessions. The tests that follow the training sessions show whether the participants have understood the content.
New Symrise employees are also comprehensively informed about their position-related requirements and our Code of Conduct. In 2015 we once again invited our employees to a Code of Conduct course. Along with ongoing training, in 2015 we once more trained those employee groups that, due to their responsibilities, are more exposed to the risk of misconduct (such as Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service) as well as with employee groups that can act as multipliers for the training content within the company.
